Preparation is simple and straightforward: mix one sachet of ferment with milk in the My.Yo yoghurt maker, which requires no electricity. The inner container holds up to one litre of milk, so that exactly one litre of yoghurt can be prepared. Now just pour boiling water into the yoghurt maker, close the lid and after 12 to 14 hours the yoghurt is ready. For the best consistency, it is recommended to cool the yoghurt in the refrigerator for a few hours afterwards.
