: Review date:I have to add to my evaluation once again: At the second attempt, there was enough meat in the stew. It is a stew with meat and should not be compared to the delicious beef goulash as a meat dish. The taste was again - after a lot of seasoning - very tasty. The greyish brown colour of the meat is not very appealing. 4 stars remain.
Ich muss noch einmal meine Bewertung ergänzen: Beim 2. Versuch war genug Fleischeinlage im Eintopf vorhanden. Es ist nunmal ein Eintopf mit Einlage und darf nicht mit dem leckeren Rindergulasch als Fleischgericht verglichen werden. Der Geschmack war wieder - nach kräftigem Nachschärfen - sehr lecker. Die gräulichbraune Farbe des Fleisches ist nicht so sehr ansprechend. 4 Sterne bleiben.

: Review date:You have to look for the alleged 19% beef. I actually had two smaller and one larger piece of meat in the stew. The flavour is very mild. Little sauerkraut acid (pleasant!), but also little spiciness. But that can be helped with pepper or, better, hot paprika/cayenne pepper. It doesn't really fill me up, but a sturdy bread goes well with it. Or you can stretch the stew with a few potatoes. It doesn't taste like a ready-made meal and I find it (spiced up) delicious.
Die angeblichen 19% Rindfleisch muss man suchen. Ich hatte tatsächlich zwei kleinere und ein größeres Stückchen Fleisch mit im Eintopf. Dieser ist sehr mild abgeschmeckt. Wenig Sauerkrautsäure (angenehm!), aber auch wenig Schärfe. Aber dem kann ja mit Pfeffer oder besser scharfem Paprika/ Cayennepfeffer nachgeholfen werden. Wirklich satt werde ich davon nicht, aber ein kräftiges Brot passt gut dazu. Oder man streckt den Eintopf mit ein paar Kartöffelchen. Er schmeckt nicht nach Fertiggericht und ich finde ihn (aufgepeppt) lecker.
