In salad dressings, the flavour really comes through and gives a real kick. Pure with cheese or on barbecues, it also convinces with its full-bodiedness. Der Senf riecht und schmeckt so, wie man sich Senf im Bilderbuch vorstellt. Angenehme Schärfe, die aber nicht brennt. Im Salatdressing geht das Aroma richtig auf und gibt einen richtigen Kick. : Review date:I recently ordered this mustard and can recommend it without reservation. I think it is really very good. This is a mustard that deserves its name. When you open the lid, you get a pleasant aroma that reminds you of Oktoberfest, beer gardens and barbecues. The pungency of the mustard is very pleasant. It tastes nice and spicy, but does not burn the nose. The mustard tastes great with grilled tofu sausages as well as in salad dressings. I like the product so much that I plan to experiment with other mustards from Münchner Kindl in the future.
Habe diesen Senf vor kurzem bestellt und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich finde ihn wirklich sehr gut. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Senf, der seinen Namen auch verdient. Wird der Deckel geöffnet, strömt einem ein angenehmer Duft in die Nase, der einen gleich an Oktoberfest, Biergarten und Grillabende erinnert. Die Schärfe des Senfs ist sehr angenehm. Er schmeckt schön würzig, brennt dabei aber nicht in der Nase. Der Senf schmeckt sowohl hervorragend zu gegrillten Tofuwürsten, als auch im Salatdressing. Mir gefällt das Produkt so gut, dass ich vorhabe, zukünftig noch mit anderen Senfsorten der Firma Münchner Kindl zu experimentieren.
