I tried the paste once with a bowl of sushi rice, edamame beans and salmon and was thrilled by the taste. With the acidity of the balsamic vinegar and the sweetness of the garlic, it was a real taste explosion in my mouth. Black garlic is not at all comparable to the very dominant white garlic. If you like to experiment like I do, I can only advise you: Definitely try it!

Ich hab die Paste mal zu einer Bowl mit Sushireis, Edamamebohnen und Lachs ausprobiert und war begeistert von dem Geschmack. Mit der Säure vom Balsamico und der Süße vom Knoblauch war das für mich eine echte Geschmacksexplosion im Mund. Schwarzer Knoblauch ist auch gar nicht vergleichbar mit dem doch sehr dominanten weißen. Wer gerne experimentiert wie ich, dem kann ich nur raten: Unbedingt probieren!
