: Review date:I always have a few tins at home because the beans are pre-cooked and ready to serve in 5 minutes. Either simply heated up with tomato sauce or cold as a salad dressed with a vinaigrette. Fills you up well and is also a welcome, quick meal with lots of vegetable protein after a workout! The beans themselves are rather small, but I don't mind.
Ich habe immer ein paar Dosen daheim, denn die Bohnen sind vorgegart und so in 5 Minuten servierfertig. Entweder einfach aufgewärmt mit Tomatensauce oder kalt als Salat mit einer Vinaigrette angemacht. Sättigt gut und ist auch nach dem Training eine willkommene, schnelle Mahlzeit mit viel pflanzlichem Eiweiß! Die Bohnen selbst sind eher klein, was mir aber nichts ausmacht.

Eigentlich bin ich kein Konservenfreund, doch bei manchen kommt man nicht drumrum. Wie eben bei Bohnen. Also achte ich sehr auf Qualität. Die ist hier auf jeden Fall gegeben. Kein Zucker, kein Salz, lediglich die weißen Bohnen und Wasser. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
