: Review date:Good for us in salads and stews and as a side dish with vegan sausage and potatoes, etc. Quality has been right so far. We like the salt-free tinned version from the manufacturer. Good flavour and a popular source of protein in the kitchen.

: Review date:These kidney beans are my favourite for my famous vegetarian chilli con carne. I particularly like them because they are nice and floury and firm to the bite. They are also pre-cooked, so you can just add them to the dish from the can. Moreover, the beans are not seasoned and thus retain their pure taste. They can then be refined to your own taste during cooking. Together with chopped soy, tomatoes, corn and aromatic Mexican spices, the result is a fine and spicy chilli. And at Violey, you can buy the can for less than one euro. For me, the best kidney beans. That's why I order them again and again.
Diese Kidneybohnen nehme ich am Liebsten für mein berühmtes vegetarisches „Chili con Carne“. Ich mag sie besonders gerne, weil sie schön mehlig und bissfest sind. Außerdem sind sie bereits fertig vorgekocht, so dass man sie einfach aus der Dose zum Gericht geben kann. Die Bohnen werden zudem nicht gewürzt und behalten so ihren unverfälschten Geschmack. Beim Kochen lassen sie sich dann nach eigenem Belieben verfeinern. Zusammen mit geschnetzeltem Soja, Tomaten, Mais und aromatischen mexikanischen Gewürzen entsteht ein feines und würziges Chili. Und bei der Violey gibt’s die Dose schon unter einem Euro. Für mich die besten Kidneybohnen. Bestelle sie daher immer wieder.
