The whipped cream is a delicious alternative to conventional whipped cream for people who want to avoid dairy products and cholesterol. I put it in the fridge overnight and beat it with a hand mixer for about 2/3 minutes, then it is as firm as cream and looks like it, but tastes like coconut cream. It's probably not for people who don't like coconut. I keep it in the fridge in Tupperware for about 3-4 days. I will definitely buy it again!

Die Schlagcreme ist eine leckere Alternative zur herkömlichen Schlagsahne für Leute, die Milchprodukte und Cholesterin meiden wollen/ müssen. Sie kommt bei mir über Nacht in den Kühlschrank und ich schlage sie mit dem Handmixer ca 2/3 Minuten, dann ist sie so fest wie Sahne und sieht auch so aus, schmeckt aber halt nach Kokossahne. Für Leute, die Kokos nicht mögen, ist es wohl eher nichts. Sie hält sich bei mir ca 3-4 Tage im Kühlschrank in Tupper. Kaufe ich auf jeden Fall wieder!
