: Review date:We really want to buy less food in tin cans and are always looking for alternatives. Rapunzel does a great job! I only cut off as much of the coconut block as I need, dissolve it in a little warm water and add it to the cooking vegetables. I store the rest of the block in a jar in the fridge. No leftover coconut milk, no empty tin can.
Wir wollen unbedingt weniger Lebensmittel in Blechdosen kaufen und suchen immer nach Alternativen. Rapunzel macht das toll! Vom Kokosblock schneide ich mir nur so viel ab, wie ich brauche, löse ihn in etwas warmem Wasser auf und gebe es zum garenden Gemüse. Den Rest des Blocks lagere ich in einem Glas im Kühlschrank. Keine übrige Kokosmilch-Reste, keine leere Blechdose.

: Review date:Practical in application and easy to portion. However, you should heat the coconut cream once and liquefy it, then mix it well and put it in the fridge to cool down (solidify). Otherwise, it can be easy for the coconut oil to separate from the paste (this was always the case with me). But that's no big deal and quickly "improved" :-) Very good taste. Also suitable for people with histamine intolerance, unlike tinned coconut milk (speaking from personal experience). To make your "own" coconut milk, simply mix some coconut puree with fresh water and add to the rest of the ingredients. Also delicious as a butter substitute for steamed vegetables. In addition, the only manufacturer here in the shop where (so far) the coconut products are Naturland certified! :-)
Praktisch in der Anwendung und leicht portionierbar. Allerdings sollte man die Kokosnusscreme einmal erwärmen und verflüssigen, dann gut durchmischen und zum Abkühlen (verfestigen) in den Kühlschrank legen. Ansonsten kann es leicht sein, dass sich das Kokosnussöl von dem Mus getrennt hat (war bei mir immer der Fall). Ist aber nicht weiter schlimm und schnell "verbessert" :-) Geschmacklich sehr gut. Zudem auch für Personen mit Histaminintoleranz geeignet, im Gegensatz zu Kokosmilch aus der Dose (spreche aus eigener Erfahrung). Für die "eigene" Kokosmilch einfach etwas Kokosnussmus mit frischem Wasser mischen und zu den restlichen Zutaten geben. Auch lecker als Butterersatz zu gedünstetem Gemüse. Zudem der einzige Hersteller hier im Shop, bei dem (bisher) die Kokosnussprodukte Naturland zertifiziert sind! :-)
