Morgenland Organic Coconut Flour. Made from the press cake of fresh coconuts after the extraction of the native coconut oil. It is naturally gluten free and can be replaced up to 25% of conventional flour. Coconut flour tastes slightly sweet and can be used for yoghurt or muesli, in smoothies or for thickening sauces for example.
