Application:
In the morning, take a tablespoon of Ayurvedic Mouth Oil in your mouth on an empty stomach and rinse and press thoroughly for 3-5 minutes. Then spit out the oil, rinse the mouth with warm water and brush the teeth with the alkaline toothpaste.
