Application:
Mix 1/2 liter of boiling water with 3 heaping tbl in a basin and allow to steep for 5 min. Add 2-3 liters of warm water. Let your feet relax in the foot bath for 10-15 min.

: Review date:This is really a foot bath at its best. I am very often and very much barefoot on the road and so I treat my feet to this - and so far I have not experienced anything better. Unfortunately, it has become a lot more expensive (compared to the beginning of 2014). Now it's almost a luxury, but it's important for me.
Das ist wirklich ein Fußbad vom allerfeinsten. Ich bin sehr oft und sehr viel Barfuß unterwegs und von da her gönne ich das meinen Füßen - und bis jetzt habe ich nichts Besseres kennen gelernt. It refreshes, smells very good like herbs and my feet feel very refreshed after the foot bath.
Das Fußbad von Martina Gebardt ist richtig gut. Da meine Füße dazu neigen, zu schwitzen ist meine Haut an den Füßen sehr sensibel und gereizt. Deshalb kann ih nicht alle Fußbäder verwenden da diese oft dann weitere Reizungen begünstigen. Das Fußbad aber von Martina Gebhardt vertrage ich sehr gut. Es erfrischt, riecht sehr gut nach Kräutern und meine Füße fühlen sich nach dem Fußbad sehr erholt an.
