Ich verwende diese Maske ein bis zweimal pro Woche um meiner Haut einen Frische-Kick zu gönnen. Ich lasse die Maske 10 bis 20 Minuten einwirken, manchmal lasse ich sie sogar über Nacht drauf. Ich benutze die Maske seit einigen Wochen sogar als Tagescreme. Meine Haut ist im Winter eher trocken und neigt zu Reizungen und Rötungen. Seitdem ich die Maske benutze hat sich das Hautbild sichtbar uns spürbar verbessert. About once a week, I smear my face thickly with it and then leave the cream pack to work for twenty minutes. Afterwards, I remove the rest with a damp cloth. My skin feels very well moisturised and baby soft afterwards. The only criticism: Although I like Martina Gebhard's cosmetics very much, I have to give the unhygienic jar a negative rating again with this product. I always use a clean spoon to remove the cream, but I would have preferred a different packaging.
Die Kräutermaske von Martina Gebhard ist unheimlich reichhaltig. Sie ist vergleichsweise fest und hat einen frischen Duft. Etwa einmal pro Woche schmiere ich mir damit dick das Gesicht ein und lasse die Cremepackung dann zwanzig Minuten einwirken. Anschließend nehme ich den Rest mit einem feuchten Tuch wieder ab. Meine Haut fühlt sich hinterher sehr gut mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt und babyweich an. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Obwohl ich die Kosmetik von Martina Gebhard sehr gerne mag, muss ich auch bei diesem Produkt wieder den unhygienischen Tiegel negativ bewerten. Zwar benutze ich schon immer einen sauberen Löffel zum Entnehmen, aber eigentlich wäre mir eine andere Verpackung deutlich lieber.

Once a week, I treat myself to the intensive care. I take about a tablespoon of the cream and apply it to my face, neck and décolleté. After it has been left on for twenty minutes, I remove the rest with a damp cloth. The cream is comparatively firm and smells a little of lemon. The ingredients are exemplary in terms of natural cosmetics. Unfortunately, one point is deducted for the limited usability in summer, but otherwise the cream is top-notch.
Ich trage die Maske nur im Winter auf, wenn meine Haut durch die Kälte und trockene Heizungsluft wieder ausgetrocknet ist. Für den Einsatz im Sommer ist sie mir viel zu reichhaltig. Einmal pro Woche gönne ich mir die intensive Pflege. Dafür nehme ich ca. einen Esslöffel der Creme und verteile sie auf Gesicht, Hals und Dekolleté. Nach einer Einwirkzeit von zwanzig Minuten nehme ich den Rest mit einem feuchten Tuch wieder ab. Die Creme ist vergleichsweise fest und riecht ein wenig nach Zitrone. Die Inhaltsstoffe sind vorbildlich in Sachen Naturkosmetik. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt's leider für die eingeschränkte Benutzbarkeit im Sommer, ansonsten ist die Creme aber tip top.
