Da man nicht immer Zeit oder Muse hat, Rotkraut selber zu machen, muss eins aus dem Glas her. Wie es scheint, habe ich gleich beim ersten Versuch Glück gehabt. Das Rotkraut von Marschland schmeckt vorzüglich. Schon nach dem Öffnen - Ein sehr angenehmer Duft. Und schließlich ein großartiger Geschmack. Nicht ganz wie mein selbstgemachtes, aber nah dran.
