Mani Bläuel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon. Mani's organic virgin olive oil is obtained from single-variety Koroneiki olives. For the lemon flavour, finely chopped, fresh organic lemon peel is added to cold-extracted olive oil. These remain in the olive oil until it has taken on the desired fruity flavour. This natural flavoured oil is then mixed with the olive oil. The raw food quality olive oil combines freshness and flavour and is suitable for refining salad dressings, marinades and sauces. It is also suitable for baking cakes and biscuits.
