: Review date:I use this oil as a cure (2 tablespoons/ 20g every day). I have always been enthusiastic about Mani olives and oils and a visit to the production facility in Greece last year only reinforced this. A great company with wonderful, lovely and very charismatic people behind it, who value and fully integrate the Mani region and its inhabitants - in contrast to some large corporations that only exploit and even destroy for their own profit instead of developing/building up.
Benutze dieses Öl als Kur (jeden Tag 2 Eßlöffel/ 20g). Ich war schon immer begeistert von den Mani Oliven und Ölen und ein Besuch in der Produktionsstätte in Griechenland im vergangenen Jahr hat es nur noch bestärkt. Ein tolles Unternehmen mit wunderbaren, liebenswerten und sehr charismatischen Menschen dahinter, die die Region Mani und deren Bewohner wertschätzen und voll einbinden - im Gegensatz zu manchen Großkonzernen, die für den eigenen Profit nur ausnutzen und sogar zerstören, statt aus-/aufzubauen.

: Review date:Very tasty olive oil for salads. I don't use it for frying, so unfortunately I can't write anything about it. As usual from Mani Bläuel, very aromatic and with a great colour :). My colleague recommended polyphenol-containing foods to me, so this makes it a little easier to pay special attention to them. Thank you!
Sehr leckeres Olivenöl für Salate. Zum Braten benutze ich es nicht, daher kann ich dazu leider nichts schreiben. Wie von Mani Bläuel gewohnt sehr aromatisch und mit einer super Farbe :). Polyphenolhaltige Lebensmittel hat mir mein Kollege empfohlen, hiermit fällt es immerhin etwas leichter, besonders darauf zu achten. Danke!
