Application:

Step 1: Gently exfoliate the skin of the body, paying particular attention to the elbows, knees and heels (tip: coffee grounds are a great alternative here that doesn't create any waste).
Step 2: Apply the self-tanning milk evenly in gentle, circular movements. It is recommended to use a self-tanning mitt for this.
Step 3: Then wash your hands thoroughly.
Step 4: Wait a few minutes before getting dressed.
Step 5: For a more intensive tan, reapply after six hours.
