: Review date:I only eat sugar that is naturally produced in fruits and is therefore found there. I am also allergic to various types of nuts and almonds. I fundamentally reject so-called chocolate in view of the ecological and health aspects.
Of course, I also have an appetite for sweets. Some time ago, I "got into dates", so to speak, and in the course of this I also discovered the Lubs date-cashew bar. Apart from the fact that it satisfies my craving for sweets, all the natural nutrients of the date and the cashew kernel have remained in it due to the raw food quality and it has a satiating effect.
I also particularly like the taste combination of the cashews with the date sweetness, which I find buttery. And when I'm in the mood for more cashew flavour, I simply add a few extra date kernels to the bar nibble.
Ich esse nur Zucker, der sich durch natürliches Wachstum in Früchten selbst hergestellt hat und sich darum dort befindet. Dazu reagiere ich allergisch auf diverse Nussarten und Mandeln. Sogenannte Schokolade lehne ich bereits mit Blick auf den ökologischen und gesundheitlichen Aspekt grundlegend ab.
Natürlich habe aber auch ich durchaus Appetit auf Süßes. So bin ich vor einiger Zeit quasi "auf die Dattel gekommen" und in diesem Zuge auch auf den Lubs Dattel-Cashew-Riegel. Abgesehen davon, dass er meine Lust auf Süßes zu befriedigen vermag, sind in ihm durch die Rohkostqualität alle natürlichen Nähstoffe der Dattel und des Cashewkerns geblieben und hat er sättigenden Effekt.
Ich mag zudem besonders die von mir butterartig empfundene Geschmacksverbindung der Cashewkerne mit der Dattelsüße. Und wenn ich Lust auf mehr Cashewgeschmack habe, ergänze ich das Riegel-Knabbern einfach mit ein paar extra-Dattelkernen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich dem Riegel 4,5 Sterne geben. Er ist sehr saftig und schmeckt nach frischen Datteln und intensiv nach Cashew - eben so wie ich mir einen Dattel-Cashew-Riegel vorstelle. Den halben Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Konsistenz schon sehr weich ist er sich schnell verformt. Dafür ist er jedoch besonders saftig!

Durch den hohen Anteil an Datteln ist dieser Riegel ziemlich süß aber auch ein prima Energielieferant. Bei Lubs gefällt mir aber auch die Preisleistung - andere Rohkostriegel kosten nämlich fast das doppelte.
