Lotao Green Organic Veggie Mince based on pea protein and jackfruit. Due to its texture and firmness to the bite, the veggie mince can be used in a wide variety of ways, e.g. for preparing sauce bolognese, chilli sin carne or vegetarian lasagne.
Tip:
For a quick vegan dish, prepare the veggie mince according to the instructions and fry in olive oil together with onion pieces and 1 tbsp tomato paste. Add a can each of kidney beans, corn and tomatoes and simmer for 20 min with the lid on. Season with oregano, chilli powder and cumin and season with salt and pepper, and the chilli sin carne is ready.

Pour 250 ml boiling water or vegetable stock over 50 g veggie mince. Leave to soak for approx. 2 min. Drain in a sieve and process like regular mince.

For me, the best there is so far and even organic. I like to use it very much. I like to make a bolognese with red Thai curry paste ;-) and coconut milk.... hmmmmm.

Für mich das bisher Beste, das es gibt und sogar noch biologisch. Nutze es sehr gerne. Mache daraus gern eine Bolognese mit Roter Thai Curry Paste ;-) und Kokosmilch... hmmmmm.
