The history of the brand Logona is characterised by the fierce determination of a young generation and the spirit of the environmental movement in the 1970s. The naturopath Hans Hansel sold organic food as well as natural cosmetics in his organic food shop in Hanover in the mid-1970s. However, these did not meet his quality standards. In order to be able to offer his customers high-quality cosmetic products without chemicals, Hans Hansel saw only one way: developing the care products himself. As early as 1985, the first purely plant-based hair colourants were launched on the market under the brand name Logona. "It can be done better" was the mindset of the makers at Logona right from the start. As a result, many pioneering, innovative natural cosmetic products in authentic natural and organic quality were created in the company's laboratories, which have had a lasting influence on today's natural cosmetics market. The range has now grown to well over 200 products. Logona offers decorative natural cosmetics, high-quality shampoos and plant-based hair colours as well as natural skin care products and effective system care. The plants used as oils, extracts and fragrances come from certified organic farming / wild harvesting.
