Since I don't pay attention to whether there is a lot or little protein in it, it doesn't matter to me. I find the soup very tasty and at first glance there are no "bad" ingredients in it. However, the protein might raise other expectations for some people. Therefore, read carefully before buying!
Die Vermarktung als Protein Bowl finde ich schon sehr grenzwertig bei gerade mal 4 Gramm Eiweiß pro 100 g. Da ich nicht darauf achte, ob nun viel oder wenig Protein drin ist, spielt es für mich keine Rolle. Geschmacklich finde ich die Suppe sehr lecker und es sind auch auf den ersten Blick keine "bösen" Zutaten drin. Das mit dem Protein könnte aber bei manchen vielleicht andere Erwartungen wecken. Daher nochmal genau lesen vor dem Kauf!
