In terms of taste, I find the finished sauce very well seasoned. The soy product also tastes almost like minced meat in my opinion. My children knew nothing about it and ate the bolo without blinking an eye. You can see how easily people and their taste buds can be fooled.
Ich bin begeistert von der veganen Bolognese. Ich bin zwar kein Veganer, dennoch verzichte ich gerne mal auf Fleisch. Als Flexitarier würde man das, glaube ich, bezeichnen. Geschmacklich finde ich die fertige Soße sehr gut gewürzt. Das Sojaerzeugnis schmeckt meines Erachtens auch fast wie Hackfleisch. Meine Kinder wussten nichts davon und haben die Bolo ohne Augenzwinkern gegessen. Da sieht man, wie leicht der Mensch bzw. die Geschmackssinne doch getäuscht werden können.
