Linusit Golden Linseed in a large 1 kg pack. The seeds used for Linusit Gold Leinsamen are a special variety with a particularly proportion of gel-forming mucilage polysaccharides (10 g per 100 g). Linusit Gold Leinsamen swells much longer and more than many other linseeds. They also form a particularly soft, mucilaginous gel, which can partially detach from the seed.
Recommended intake
Consume up to 3 times a day, preferably before or with food.
As a pure variant
- 15 g of gold linseed (2 tablespoons). For children aged 6-12 years only 1 measuring spoon.
- Consume unchewed if possible.
- Drink 1-2 glasses of water (at least 150 ml). Please ensure that you drink plenty of fluids each day.
As linseed porridge
- Stir 15 g Linusit Gold linseed (2 tablespoons) into approx. 400 ml water and bring to the boil briefly if necessary.
- Stir occasionally and leave to swell for several hours.
- Then consume the linseed gel preparation with seeds or sieved without seeds.
