Linusit Gold Linseed in the small 250 g pack to get to know. For dietary management of intestinal sluggishness with typical symptoms such as constipation, diverticula and mucosal irritation. The seeds used for Linusit Gold linseed are a special cultivation with a particularly high proportion of gel-forming mucilage polysaccharides. Linsuit Gold Linseed swell much longer and more strongly than normal linseed. They also form a particularly soft, mucilaginous gel that easily detaches from the seed and can wet the intestinal mucosa.

Recommended intake:
Consume up to 3 times daily, preferably before or with food.

For diet management in case of intestinal sluggishness with constipation:
Consume 15 g each of Gold Linseed (2 dosage spoons) preferably unchewed. For children from 6-12 years only 1 dosage spoon. Drink 1-2 glasses of water afterwards, but at least 150 ml. Please make sure to drink plenty of fluids per day.

For dietary management of intestinal sluggishness with mucosal irritation or with diverticula:
Stir 15 g Linusit Gold Linseed (2 measuring spoons) into approx. 400 ml water and boil briefly if necessary. Stir from time to time and leave to swell for several hours. Then consume the linseed gel preparation with seeds or sieved without seeds.

Linusit Golden Linseeds must be used under medical supervision. Do not consume in case of intestinal obstruction. It is not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Please ensure a distance of at least 1/2 - 1 hour from taking medicines.
