Linneas Svenska Drottningsylt. This fruit spread made from organic blueberries and organic raspberries is a popular fruit spread mix in Sweden, called Drottningsylt. The wonderfully fruity mixture, both sweet and slightly tart, is perfect for pancakes, baked goods and of course as a spread.
The Sylt consists of equal parts wild blueberries and wild raspberries. The ratio between the two berries is carefully balanced and gives the Sylt a powerful and wonderfully harmonious flavour.
