According to the description, this extract seems to be a multi-talent. But unfortunately I don't get along with it at all. I have a hard time with the application. It's probably me, not the product. Therefore, I recommend trying it out for yourself.

Laut Beschreibung scheint dieses Extrakt ja ein Multitalent zu sein. Doch leider komme ich so gar nicht damit zurecht. Ich tue mich schwer in der Anwendung. Es wird an mir liegen, nicht am Produkt. Von daher empfehle ich, es selbst auszuprobieren.

A high-quality product with a rather mild malt aroma. The taste is still good and it adds a nice colour to the finished bread. It also looks good when you bake your own rolls.

Ein qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt mit einem eher mildem Malzaroma. Geschmack ist trotzdem in Ordnung und es bringt dem fertigen Brot eine schöne Farbe. Macht sich auch gut, wenn man selber Brötchen backt.
