: Review date:The fine sea salt is still completely natural, which can also be seen in its slightly greyish colour. In terms of quality, it is much better and healthier than refined salt, as it still contains all the valuable minerals and trace elements. I think you can even taste the difference in the food, the natural salt is somehow more aromatic. For these reasons, I only use untreated sea salt. Unfortunately, it is less suitable for the shaker, because it clumps too quickly (it contains no anti-caking agents). The price is also okay for a whole kilo of salt. That's why you can't really go wrong with Lima salt.
Das feine Meersalz ist noch ganz und gar naturbelassen, was man auch an seiner leicht gräulichen Farbe erkennen kann. Von der Qualität her ist es viel besser und gesünder als raffiniertes Salz, da es noch alle wertvollen Mineralien und Spurenelemente enthält. Ich finde, man kann den Unterschied im Essen sogar schmecken, das natürliche Salz ist irgendwie aromatischer. Aus diesen Gründen nehme ich auch nur unbehandeltes Meersalz. Nur für den Streuer ist es leider weniger geeignet, dafür verklumpt es zu schnell (enthält keine Rieselhilfen). Der Preis ist für ein ganzes Kilo Salz auch okay. Darum kann man mit dem Salz von Lima eigentlich nichts falsch machen.
