: Review date:So far, I have not experienced that the corn waffles make me thirsty. Whether it's out of a conscious appetite for them or when I have a craving for something indeterminate - with these waffles, that's quickly taken care of. They are well filling without being like a stone in the stomach. I can't eat more than 2 or 3 in a row - they're too filling. I usually eat them "naked" - without any toppings or the like. :-) They are slightly thinner than the commercial corn wafers I know, which makes them more pleasant to eat for people who can't chew very well. Just the right intensity of salt for me. They don't seem quite as puffed up as others, so you don't buy more air than corn ;-) Will buy again and again. :-)
Dass die Maiswaffeln durstig machen, habe ich bisher nicht erlebt. Ob aus bewusstem Appetit darauf oder wenn mich mal wieder irgendein Jieper auf Unbestimmtes packt - mit diesen Waffeln ist das schnell erledigt. Sie sind gut sättigend, ohne dabei wie ein Stein im Magen zu liegen. Mehr als 2,3 Stück hintereinander weg davon bekomme ich nicht runter - zu sättigend. Ich esse sie meist "naggisch" - ohne noch irgendeinen Aufstrich o.ä.. :-) Sie sind dezent dünner als die mir bekannten handelsüblichen Maiswaffeln, wodurch sie auch für Menschen, die nicht so gut kauen können, angenehmer zu essen sind. Genau die richtige Intensität Salz für mich. Wirken nicht ganz so arg aufgepufft wie andere, sodass man nicht mehr Luft als Mais kauft. ;-) Wird immer und immer wieder nachgekauft. :-)

: Review date:Lima wafers are golden yellow in colour, rectangular and very crispy. Because of their salty taste, they are also great to eat without toppings at work or in the car. I also like the waffles with cream cheese or salted butter. They are firm enough not to break when spread. The sweet version with jam etc. is not my cup of tea because of the salt. The corn wafers do not contain gluten and their ingredients are organically grown. They swell up in the stomach and have a satiating effect. However, they also make you very thirsty and soak up saliva in your mouth.
Die Waffeln von Lima haben eine goldgelbe Farbe, sind rechteckig und sehr knusprig. Durch ihren salzigen Geschmack kann man sie auch wunderbar ohne Belag am Arbeitsplatz oder im Auto knabbern. Sehr gut schmecken mir die Waffeln auch mit Frischkäse oder gesalzener Butter. Dabei sind sie fest genug, um beim Bestreichen nicht zu zerbrechen. Die süße Variante mit Marmelade etc. ist, durch das enthaltene Salz, nicht so mein Fall. Die Maiswaffeln enthalten kein Gluten und ihre Zutaten stammen aus biologischem Anbau. Sie quellen im Magen auf und haben so auch einen sättigenden Effekt. Allerdings machen sie auch sehr durstig und saugen den Speichel im Mund auf.
