Ich liebe diese Tamari Sauce. Sie zaubert einen unglaublichen "Umami"- Geschmack in jedes Gericht und man spart Massen an Salz. Zum Einen weil sie so viel Würze liefert, dass man kaum mehr salzen muss. Zum Anderen, weil sie trotz der herzhaften Würze selbst 50 Prozent weniger Salz als andere Sojasaucen enthält. Ach ja und ohne Weizen ist sie auch;-)

Schmeckt sehr gut! Kräftig-aromatisch, ohne dabei zu salzig zu sein wie sonst viele ähnliche Produkte. Die Farbe ist dunkelbraun, die Konsistenz dünnflüssig; die ebenfalls hier bestellte Wasabipaste ließ sich gut darin verrühren. Wird definitiv nachbestellt!
