I think this soy sauce has just the right flavour - not too strong and not too watery. I think it's great that when you search for products here in the shop, you learn something new every now and then. Until now, I didn't know the difference between shoyu and tamari. I will soon order the Tamari from Lima and the Shoyu with less salt and compare them directly. The Shoyu soy sauce tasted very good with my homemade sushi. Really great selection of different varieties and sizes here in this shop. So everyone can put together their own customised shopping basket.
