Lima Organic Shoyu mild in a small 145-ml-size. Mild in flavour. The difference between Shoyu and Tamari lies in their composition. Shoyu is made of soya and wheat whereas Tamari is a pure soya sauce. Shoyu is great with pickles, in the wok, with rice, with noodles, with sushi, sashimi or steamed vegetables. It is delicious in combination with mirin (rice wine), wasabik ginger or grated daikon.

My first choice for recipes with soy sauce. This week, for example, it refined the peanut-rice pan. I can only recommend it.

Asian cooking and soy sauce definitely belong together. But it has to be something special. You don't buy a 2 euro wine when you invite guests. This sauce is worth every cent! Absolutely terrific taste! For me, it's currently the best on the market!

Asiatisch Kochen und Sojasoße gehören definitiv zusammen. Doch muss es etwas besonderes sein. Man kauft ja auch keinen 2,- Euro Wein, wenn man Gäste einlädt. Diese Soße ist jeden Cent wert! Absolut grandioser Geschmack! Für mich derzeit der Beste auf dem Markt!
