In our house, we only use organically grown rice. When it comes to basmati, we really like Lima whole grain rice. After cooking for about thirty minutes, you get an intensely fragrant, non-sticky, aromatic rice with a bite. And it succeeds every time, that's what we love about it. The rice fits perfectly into our Asian cuisine, where we like to experiment a lot. Since most dishes here are prepared with rice, its quality is also very important to us. But it can also be used for German home cooking without any problems. Because the rice is so uncomplicated and versatile, we are happy to recommend it.
