Application:
4 g agar agar for 1 kg of washed fruit or 1 l of juice. Bring the fruit to the boil and add a sweetener of your choice if necessary. Add the agar agar 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and boil for another 2 minutes.
Allow a small amount to cool to test the consistency. Add more agar agar if necessary.
