: Review date:Very smooth melting and of course wonderfully bitter. This is what dark chocolate with an extremely high cocoa content should taste like! Very fine to break off as the bars and pieces are just right, namely small. You only eat a little of this kind of chocolate in one session anyway!
Sehr zarter Schmelz und natürlich herrlich bitter. So muss dunkle Schokolade mit extrem hohen Kakao-Anteil schmecken! Sehr fein abzubrechen da die Riegel und Stücke genau richtig, nämlich klein, sind. Man isst von so einer Schokolade eh nur wenig in einer Session!

Wir nehmen so gut wie keinen "zugefügten" Zucker zu uns. So sind 99% genau richtig. Amore Edelbitter 99% schmeckt uns fein cremig, fast wie eine Praline. Außerdem lässt sie sich gut verarbeiten zu Schokopudding und Schokosauce, dann noch getippt mit Vanillepuder. Tonkabohne, Koriander, Mandelblättchen ... super!
