The best crispbread in a long time, at least since the Sesame Crispbread from Allos - to which we were subscribed, so to speak - is no longer available. For us, it's the best alternative, even though it's something completely different.

Das beste Knäckebrot seit langem, jedenfalls seit es das SesamKnäcke von Allos - auf welches wir sozusagen abonniert waren - nicht mehr gibt. Für uns die feinste Alternative, wenngleich es etwas völlig anderes ist.

We discovered Leksands crispbread in Scandinavia and it has been a firm favourite in our pantry ever since. A little butter on top, sometimes it can be the Sunday side, the one with the big holes ;-), simply delicious. A great invention from the Swedes. It's great that I can now also buy it here in organic quality.

Leksands Knäckebrot haben wir in Skandinavien entdeckt und seitdem ist es ein fester Bestandteil unserer Vorratshaltung. Etwas Butter darauf, es darf auch mal die Sonntagsseite sein, die mit den grossen Löchern ;-), einfach lecker. Eine tolle Erfindung der Schweden. Schön, dass ich es in Bio-Qualität hier jetzt auch kaufen kann.

Somehow the Swedes have it down pat. Anyway, I think the Leksands crispbread tastes better than the one available here. I will definitely order it again.

Irgendwie haben es die Schweden drauf. Jedenfalls finde ich, dass das Leksands Knäckebrot besser schmeckt als das hier zur Verfügung stehende. Ich werde es bestimmt wieder bestellen.
