Leimer breadcrumbs, gluten-free. Made from gluten-free wheat starch: For all those who want or have to give up gluten. It is made from extra freshly baked gluten-free bread based on gluten-free wheat starch.
Tip for preparing a fine breadcrumb coating:
  1. Season meat, fish or vegetables to taste.
  2. Turn in buckwheat flour, rice flour or corn flour and press down well.
  3. Then pass through beaten egg.
  4. Press the gluten-free breadcrumbs well on both sides.
  5. Fry over medium heat in plenty of clarified butter until golden brown.
