Wonderful for flax wraps, yeast plaits and other pastries. The dough rises very well. I have not yet tried the yeast with bread dough.

Für Flachswickel, Hefezopf und anderes Gebäck wunderbar. Der Teig geht prima auf. Mit Brotteig habe ich die Hefe noch nicht ausprobiert.
