My stomach used to have problems with baking powder. At some point, a colleague at work gave me the tip to try baking powder made from tartar. She said it would be easier to digest. And indeed, I had no more problems with it. Since the four sachets cost no more than the well-known brand products, I quickly decided to use only baking powder made from cream of tartar in future. The product has no flavour of its own and looks just like normal baking powder, like icing sugar. And it works just as well, because all the pasta I have tried so far has risen very well. I can only recommend it.

Mein Magen hatte früher manchmal Probleme mit Backpulver. Irgendwann bekam ich dann von einer Kollegin aus der Arbeit den Tipp, es einmal mit Backpulver aus Weinstein zu versuchen. Sie meinte, das wäre wohl bekömmlicher. Und tatsächlich, damit hatte ich keine Probleme mehr. Da die vier Beutel zudem auch nicht mehr kosten als die bekannten Markenprodukte, war die Entscheidung ziemlich schnell gefallen, zukünftig nur noch Backpulver aus Weinstein zu nutzen. Das Produkt hat keinen Eigengeschmack und sieht genauso aus wie ganz „normales“ Backpulver, eben wie Puderzucker. Und es funktioniert auch genauso gut, denn alle meine bisher versuchten Teigwaren gingen sehr gut auf. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
