Lebepur Organic Acacia Fibre. The bag contains 100% pure organic acacia fibre. The raw material is extracted from the acacia tree (Acacia senegal), purified and then gently spray-dried. This produces a rapidly soluble powder that contains over 90% soluble fibre. The powder is neutral in taste and odour and can therefore be used in a variety of applications, such as in smoothies, mueslis, shakes and much more.

Preparation as a smoothie: Puree 1 tbsp (6 g) Lebepur acacia fibre with 300 ml water and sweet fruit (e.g. apple or banana) in an electric mixer for 1 minute. Done!¹
