Preparation with milk:
Half-milk porridge (after the 4th month): Add 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water in a pot and bring to a boil. Allow to cool down to approx. 50 °C. Pour into a plate and add 5-6 tablespoons (22 g) of Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge Millet. Stir and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37 °C).
Preparation with infant formula (after the 4th month): Prepare 170 ml of an infant formula of your choice (following the appropriate instructions). Allow to cool to approx. 50 °C. Pour into a plate and add 4-5 tablespoons (17 g) of millet wholemeal porridge. Stir and cool to eating temperature (37 °C).

Preparation without milk:
Milk-free porridge (after the 4th month): Bring 180 ml of water to the boil and allow to cool down to approx. 50 °C. Pour into a plate and add 5-6 tablespoons (22 g) of Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge Millet. Stir and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37 °C).
Fruit-vegetable porridge (after the 4th month): Bring 70 ml of water to a boil, allow to cool down to about 50 °C and pour into a plate. Add 3-4 tablespoons (15 g) of Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge Millet and 75 g of pureed fruit. Stir in 1 teaspoon of oil and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37 °C).

Important information:
Always check the temperature before feeding (37 °C). Please follow the preparation instructions and dosage ratio carefully, so your baby always gets the nutrients it needs. Prepare the food fresh, do not re-use leftovers. The wholemeal cereal porridge contains carbohydrates. Therefore, ensure a thorough dental care from your baby's first tooth. To facilitate iron absorption, the manufacturer recommends adding 2 tablespoons of a fruit juice rich in vitamin C when using fresh milk. To enrich with valuable fatty acids, the addition of 1-2 tsp of rapeseed or sunflower oil is recommended for non-dairy porridges. Do not heat in the microwave (risk of overheating).
