- Boil water freshly before each bottle meal and let it cool down to approx. 50 °C.
- Fill half of the desired amount of water (see dosage table) into the bottle.
- Fill the measuring spoon and stroke the surface with a knife until smooth. Add the required amount of powder to the vial.
- Close the vial and shake vigorously. Add remaining water and shake well again.
- Check drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C) before feeding.

Please follow the preparation instructions and dosage ratio exactly so that your baby always gets the nutrients it needs. Only use the enclosed measuring spoon for preparation. Improper preparation may lead to health problems. Always prepare the food fresh and do not re-use leftovers. Do not heat formula in the microwave (risk of scalding). Take care of your baby's teeth from the first teething onwards and do not allow your baby to suck on the bottle all the time.
Breastfeeding is best for your baby. The composition of mother’s milk always provides your baby with the ideal combination of nutrients. Check with your paediatrician, clinic or a nutrition and breastfeeding counselling centre if you want to use a baby formula. : Review date:My research showed Lebenswert as one of the best organic formula around as beast milks substitute. I have used this for my twins since they were born at 32 weeks. I am very happy with the outcome - their weight gain has been consistent and better than general average, their stomach seems to tolerate the milk well and they seem to like the taste when compared to other formulas around. I’ve also noticed that it mixes better than all other formulas - even the organic ones. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that their stool is a little greener and smellier on Lebenswert when compared to other german companies.
