Very tasty spice blend, goes well with stir-fried vegetables with noodles. Typical of Thai spice blends is the clear focus on lemony and ginger notes. I balance this out a little with Curry Indian from Lebensbaum, which gives it a more rounded flavour for me, but is of course a matter of taste.

Sehr leckere Gewürzmischung, passt super zu gebratenem Pfannen- Gemüse mit Nudeln. Typisch für Thai-Würzmischungen ist der deutliche Schwerpunkt auf zitronigen und Ingwer-Noten. Ich gleiche das noch etwas mit Curry indisch von Lebensbaum aus, das wird für mich runder, ist aber natürlich Geschmacksache.
