: Review date:Lebensbaum's turmeric is of exceptionally good quality. Its intense aroma cannot be compared at all with the cheap and inferior spices from the supermarket. It is very finely ground and has a wonderful yellow colour. I like to use turmeric to give my dishes a great colour. Of course, the spice should not be missing from any curry. But I also add it to potato salad and various sauces and marinades. The only spice I like better is Sonnentor's turmeric, which, in my opinion, has a somewhat stronger and spicier taste. But that is purely a matter of taste. Nevertheless, I can unreservedly recommend Lebensbaum's turmeric.
Das Kurkuma von Lebensbaum ist von ausgesprochen guter Qualität. Sein intensives Aroma lässt sich keinesfalls mit den billigen und minderwertigen Gewürzen aus dem Supermarkt vergleichen. Es ist sehr fein gemahlen und hat eine herrliche gelbe Farbe. Ich verwende das Kurkuma gerne, um meinen Speisen eine tolle Farbe zu verleihen. Natürlich darf das Gewürz in keinem Curry fehlen. Es kommt bei mir aber auch in den Kartoffelsalat, sowie verschiedene Saucen und Marinaden. Besser schmeckt mir eigentlich nur noch das Kurkuma von Sonnentor, welches, meiner Meinung nach, einen etwas kräftigeren und würzigeren Geschmack hat. Ist aber reine Geschmackssache. Das Kurkuma von Lebensbaum kann ich trotzdem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I use turmeric in my kitchen in many different ways, for example in soups, rice dishes, vegetable curries or marinades. It tastes great. Turmeric is also known for its homeopathic effect, as it has an anti-inflammatory effect and supports the digestive process. A really high-quality spice at a reasonable price.
Bei Gewürzen greife ich seit Jahren nur noch zu Bioprodukten, auch wenn sie manchmal etwas teurer sind. Das Prinzip hat sich auch bei diesem Kurkuma wieder bezahlt gemacht. Es ist von sehr guter, frischer Qualität, duftet herrlich orientalisch und schmeckt hocharomatisch. Dabei ist es schön würzig, aber nicht zu scharf. Das Gewürz von Lebensbaum hat zudem eine leuchtende dunkelgelbe Farbe. Ich verwende das Kurkuma in meiner Küche sehr vielseitig, zum Beispiel in Suppen, Reisgerichten, Gemüsecurrys oder Marinaden. Schmeckt super. Kurkuma ist auch bekannt für seine homöopathische Wirkung, da es entzündungshemmend wirkt und den Verdauungsprozess unterstützt. Ein wirklich hochwertiges Gewürz zu einem günstigen Preis.
