Preparation:
Ingredients: 250 g sliced meat, 150 g mushrooms, 200 g cream
  1. Fry the sliced meat in hot oil.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and fry.
  3. Add 200 ml of cold water, cream and seasoning mixture. Boil whilst stirring and simmer for about 3 minutes at low heat. Serve with spaetzle, rice or potatoes.
