Lebensbaum Organic Spice Mix for Baked Wedges. Simply cut the potatoes, add some oil and this spice mix, put in the oven, wait a while, voilà. For just a few simple steps you will be rewarded with golden yellow, spicy potato wedges with a fine flavour of rosemary.

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes

Cut raw potatoes into slices or dice them roughly. First mix them in a bowl with 5 tablespoons oil and then add the seasoning mixture.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at top / bottom heat 200° C (hot air 180° C) for about 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
