Preparation
Ingredients: 250 g noodles, 50 g frozen peas, 30 g parmesan, 200 g cream
  1. Mix uncooked pasta, grated Parmesan cheese and frozen peas in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix 500 ml of cold water, cream and the seasoning mix in a saucepan. Bring to boil and pour into the casserole dish.
  3. Cook in preheated oven at top / bottom heat 200 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

Great mix for a quick casserole. We all really enjoyed it. However, we needed 2 packets for the family (which we always do when we have to use ready-made mixes, so we ordered 2 anyway).

Tolle Mischung für schnellen Auflauf. Hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Haben aber für die Familie 2 Päckchen benötigt (was wir jedoch immer machen, wenn wir Fertigmischungen nehmen müssen und daher sowieso 2 bestellt haben).

I used two sachets to prepare a family portion and adjusted the other ingredients accordingly during preparation. I was surprised that the pasta was placed in the casserole dish uncooked, which was also reflected in the firmness of the finished dish - the pasta remained a little too firm. The flavour didn't really convince me. But it was still worth trying.

Für die Zubereitug einer Familien-Portion zwei Beutel verwendet und bei der Zubereitung die weiteren Zutaten entsprechend angeglichen. Verwundert hat mich, dass die Nudeln ungekocht in die Auflaufform gebracht werden, was sich auch von der Bissfestigkeit beim fertigen Gericht zeigte - die Nudeln sind etwas zu fest geblieben. Der Geschmack hat mich nicht wirklich überzeugt. Ein Probe-Essen war es aber dennoch wert.
