An all-rounder: Even though Lebensbaum's "Red Curry" is recommended for rice and vegetable dishes, I have found that this spice blend simply goes with everything. You have to like it fruity and spicy, because chilli, paprika, turmeric, ginger and coriander also add the necessary zing to noodles and stir-fried dishes, tomato sauces and sliced meat. Of course, and for Asia lovers anyway, a must-have in the spice cabinet. Finely ground, easy to measure out with a spoon or knife tip and stackable with other Lebensbaum tins to save space. Instead of the 45g, I wouldn't mind twice the amount per tin.

Ein Alleskönner: Auch wenn das "Rote Curry" von Lebensbaum für Reis- und Gemüsegerichte empfohlen wird, habe ich für mich festgestellt, dass diese Gewürzmischung einfach überall dazu passt. Fruchtig scharf muss man es schon mögen, denn Chili, Paprika, Kurkuma, Ingwer und Koriander verleihen auch Nudel- und Pfannengerichten, Tomatensoßen und auch Geschnetzeltem den nötigen Pfiff. Natürlich und sowieso für Asia-Liebhaber ein Must Have im Gewürzschrank. Fein vermahlen, mit dem Löffel oder Messerspitze leicht zu dosieren und platzsparend mit anderen Lebensbaum Dosen stapelbar. Anstelle der 45g hätte ich auch nichts gegen die doppelte Menge pro Dose einzuwenden.
