Ras El Hanout, vor wenigen Jahren bei uns in der Küche noch unbekannt, ist heutzutage fast ein Alltags-Begleiter. Zwar hat das Gewürz typische Gerichte, bei uns kommt es aber an fast alles, dem ein "bisschen Geschmack" fehlt. Die Dosen kann man danach außerdem wunderbar weiterverwenden.
