Pfeffer schmeckt natürlich am besten frisch gemahlen aus der Pfeffermühle. Auch wenn man vermuten könnte, dass bunter Pfeffer eher nicht so scharf würzen würde, dann ist dieser Pfeffer auf jeden Fall eine gute Alternative zu reinem schwarzen Pfeffer. Und ergiebig ist er auch.

: Review date:I can recommend the pepper mill from Lebensbaum to everyone. The fact alone that you can fill the small mill with any other spice as well, thanks to the screw cap on the head. The peppercorns themselves are a visual eye-catcher in my opinion. The blend is not too spicy. I personally find it hotter than white pepper, but milder than black. I use the coloured pepper mainly in sauces, but also over pasta.
Ich kann die Pfeffermühle von Lebensbaum jedem weiter empfehlen. Allein, dass man die kleine Mühle mit jedem anderen Gewürz ebenfalls befüllen kann, dank des Schraubverschlusses am Kopf. Die Pfefferkörner selbst sind meiner Meinung nach optisch ein Hingucker. Die Mischung ist nicht zu scharf. Ich persönlich empfinde diese schärfer als weißen Pfeffer, jedoch milder als schwarzen. Verwendung findet der bunte Pfeffer bei mir hauptsächlich in Saucen, aber auch über Pasta.
