The quark spice surprises with a very fine, delicate flavour. The spices develop particularly well with a few drops of oil in the curd cream stage.

Das Quarkgewürz überrascht durch einen ganz feine, zarte Würze. Besonders gut entfalten sich die Gewürze mit einigen Tropfen Öl im Topfen Rahmstufe.

Unfortunately, I have to pass here. I didn't like the flavour of the herb quark prepared with the Lebensbaum quark spice at all. The ingredients are also very fine to dusty. A very big difference to my usual quark. The preparation itself is very simple. Nevertheless, I am not enthusiastic about it.

Hier muss ich leider passen. Der mit dem Lebensbaum Quarkgewürz zubereitete Kräuterquark schmeckte mir leider überhaupt nicht. Auch sind die Zutaten sehr fein bis staubig. Ein sehr großer Unterschied zu meinem sonst zubereiteten Quark. Die Zubereitung an sich ist sehr einfach. Dennoch bin ich hiervon nicht begeistert.
