Lebensbaum nutmeg whole, 3 pieces in a pack, are excellent. We always like to buy and grate the nutmeg over mashed potatoes or other meat and vegetable dishes. Excellent quality and very good smell of the nutmeg. Gladly again.

I specifically buy organic food. For tea and spices, I prefer the Lebensbaum brand. For me personally, the company also lives its organic philosophy credibly. The nutmegs we received had a long shelf life (more than 2 years). Freshly grated, they taste great in pumpkin soup and mashed potatoes.

Ich kaufe gezielt biologische Lebensmittel. Bei Tee und Gewürzen bevorzuge ich die Marke Lebensbaum. Für mich persönlich lebt die Firma ihre ökologische Philosophie auch glaubwürdig. Die gelieferten Muskatnüsse hatten ein langes MHD (mehr als 2 Jahre). Frisch gerieben schmecken sie hervorragend in Kürbissuppe und Kartoffelpüree.

I no longer serve potato dishes that have not first been refined with freshly grated nutmeg from Lebensbaum! 3 nutmegs of about 1 euro are contained in one package and are used up within two to three months with normal use. Depending on the desired intensity, you can grate the nutmeg fresh yourself in the desired quantity. Also delicious: well-salted cauliflower porridge with nutmeg. I have not yet dared to try sweet dishes with nutmeg. I stick to my mashed potatoes and homemade, spicy soups and stews with carrots, parsnips, pumpkin,... and nutmeg.

Bei mir kommt kein Kartoffelgericht mehr auf den Tisch, was nicht vorher mit frisch geriebener Muskatnuss von Lebensbaum verfeinert wurde! 3 etwa 1 Euro große Muskatnüsse sind in einer Packung enthalten und sind bei normalem Gebrauch innerhalb von zwei bis drei Monaten verbraucht. Je nach gewünschter Intensität kann man sich die Muskatnuss mengenmäßig individuell frisch selber reiben. Auch lecker: gut gesalzener Blumenkohlbrei mit Muskatnuss. An süße Gerichte mit Muskat habe ich mich noch nicht getraut. Da bleibe ich meinem Kartoffelbrei und selbst gemachten, würzigen Suppen und Eintöpfen mit Möhren, Pastinaken, Kürbis,... und Muskatnuss treu.
